We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t\u2014perhaps it’s not what you were expecting or the style just isn’t you\u2014we will issue you a quick refund. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund within 30 days of the date received in order to receive a refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging.\u00a0Returns not received back in the original manufacturer packaging may be subject to a 25% repackaging fee.<\/p>\n

Returns outside of the 30-day return period will receive a store credit in the amount of the appropriate refund and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.<\/p>\n

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling when returning items. The Buxton Complex reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged or defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or credit. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise which has been determined defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the 30-day return policy period.
